By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise using Getresumed (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

All resume analyses, scores, rewrites, and recruiter simulations are produced by artificial intelligence models and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or biased outputs.

You must review every AI-generated suggestion before applying it to your resume. Do not rely solely on automated outputs when making career decisions.

Getresumed is not a recruitment agency. We do not place candidates, do not communicate with employers on your behalf, and make no guarantee of interviews, offers, hiring, or any employment outcome.

All recommendations are informational. You are solely responsible for the final content of your resume and for any decisions you make based on our outputs.

The Service is informational only and does not constitute career, legal, or recruitment advice. Outputs are designed to assist you in improving your resume, but they should not replace professional career counseling or legal consultation.

• You are responsible for verifying all AI-generated recommendations before applying them.
• Do not upload resumes or content you do not own or have permission to use.
• Do not upload malicious files, exploits, or attempt to bypass security controls.
• Do not use the Service to generate misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive credentials.
• Do not exceed reasonable rate limits or share accounts.
• You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on the Service outputs.

Getresumed is currently offered free of charge during Early Access Beta. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or paid plans during this period. Daily usage limits apply per account and reset every 24 hours.

Features, limits, and availability may change as we iterate. If and when paid plans are introduced in the future, we will provide advance notice and updated terms before any charges apply.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETRESUMED AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, LOST PROFITS, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM AI-GENERATED INACCURACIES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

The Service, including software, branding, and underlying models, is owned by Getresumed and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the resume content you upload.

You grant Getresumed a limited, worldwide license to process your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service and delivering results to you.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices, including secure file storage and AI processing of your resume content. You may request deletion of your data at any time through your account settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., IP, liability, indemnification) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
