1. Overview
Getresumed is a paid digital-download product. Generating and previewing your resume is free. Please review your generated resume carefully in the preview before paying to unlock downloads.
Once PDF/DOCX files (and, where applicable, the cover letter) are unlocked or downloaded, the purchase is non-refundable, except in the specific cases described below.
2. When refunds are available
Refunds are available in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment for the same order.
- Wrong amount charged.
- Payment was deducted but the download was not unlocked in your account.
- Generated files were not delivered due to a technical issue we are unable to fix within 24–48 hours.
- Resume + Cover Letter package was purchased but the cover letter was not delivered.
3. When refunds are not available
Refunds are not normally available when:
- You previewed the resume, paid, and successfully unlocked or downloaded the files.
- You changed your mind after payment.
- You expected a guaranteed job or interview from using the service.
- You uploaded wrong or incomplete information.
- You want additional rewrites beyond the allowed free generation limit.
4. Network and browser issues
If your download fails due to internet, browser, or device issues, you can re-download your files from your dashboard at any time. A temporary network issue is not treated as non-delivery if the files are available in your account.
5. No employment guarantee
Getresumed helps you build an ATS-friendly, job-targeted resume. We do not and cannot guarantee interviews, job offers, or any specific hiring outcome. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies — please review your resume before payment and before sending it to employers.

We aim to respond to refund and billing inquiries within 3–5 business days.
