2. Digital Service Policy
Getresumed provides AI-generated digital services including ATS resume analysis, recruiter simulation, LinkedIn optimization, and resume recommendations. All outputs are generated in real time by artificial intelligence models and delivered instantly to your account. Because these are digital services with immediate delivery, they cannot be returned or exchanged in the traditional sense.
3. Current Beta Access
During the Early Access Beta period, Getresumed is completely free. No credit cards, payment methods, or billing information are required to use the platform.
Daily usage limits apply per account (e.g., ATS analyses, recruiter simulations, LinkedIn optimizations) and reset every 24 hours. These limits exist to ensure fair access during beta and to help us manage infrastructure costs while we iterate on the product.
5. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the digital, immediate, and AI-generated nature of our services, future subscription payments may generally be non-refundable once a billing period has begun and services have been accessed. This is consistent with standard practices for digital SaaS products where value is delivered instantly and cannot be returned.

6. No Employment Guarantee
Getresumed does not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome from using our platform. Specifically:

All scores, suggestions, and simulations are informational tools designed to help you improve your resume. They are not predictions of hiring success and should not be relied upon as such.
7. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated recommendations before applying them to your resume, LinkedIn profile, or job applications. You must independently confirm facts, dates, skills, and qualifications. Getresumed is not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of unverified AI-generated content.
8. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged in error — such as duplicate charges, accidental subscriptions, or billing discrepancies — please contact our customer support team promptly. We will review billing error claims on a case-by-case basis and, if verified, will issue appropriate refunds or credits at our discretion.
